About Me
Natalie Genest’s first foray into the real estate industry was a summer job as a sales assistant in presale offices. She began working at rennie in 1999 and became a rennie Advisor in 2013, and what she likes best about her real estate career is the moment when she hands a client the keys to their new home. “You know this will be a place where their family makes memories and builds the next chapter in their lives,” she says. At the office, Natalie enjoys catching up with her colleagues about their experiences in the Lower Mainland’s different markets. Natalie has spent her whole life in North Vancouver and now resides in Lower Lonsdale. She’s thrilled at how new restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques have transformed this neighbourhood. In years to come, she’s excited to watch cities across the Lower Mainland evolve through changing market conditions. Michelle’s favourite book is The Four Agreements, which advocates freedom from self-limiting beliefs. Instead, the book’s author, Miguel Ruiz, advises making the following “four agreements” with oneself: “Be impeccable with your word,” “Don’t take anything personally,” “Don’t make assumptions,” and “Always do your best.”
